RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. One-Year Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on our eyewear (from the date of delivery), covering all material and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or care.
2. Returns and Exchanges within 14 Days
If you are not satisfied with your eyewear, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. In this case, we will only charge for shipping. Please note that each order can only be returned or exchanged once. Exchange orders are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
3. Return Conditions
To initiate a return, please send us a message via our contact form on our website, stating that you wish to return an item.
4. Procedure for Damaged or Incorrect Eyewear

- If your eyewear was damaged upon delivery or the wrong eyewear was delivered, we take full responsibility.

- Please send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with the order number.
5. Missing Parts or Defects
If parts are missing or the eyewear is defective, we can offer you a partial refund or a voucher, provided these defects do not affect the wearability of the eyewear.

- Please contact us for a return number before sending back the eyewear.

- The frame color may differ from the representation on the website due to lighting conditions and screen resolutions.

- The frame size indicated on the temples corresponds to the standards of the respective manufacturers, but the exact size can be found in the product description on our website.

- We do not offer exchanges for eyewear not ordered from yodlyodl.

- For orders of more than 5 pairs of eyewear, the right to return or exchange is void.

- The stated prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable. For refunds, the amount of the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
